I think this program is brilliant and concise in size. How about developing it further to make multiverse sandbox. Also, whats the deal with the background space image that surrounds the simulations. It looks like only Milky Way to me. I mean, we are simulating galaxies here in whole, and then clusters, so why stick with Milky Way as the background ?

There is an option to change the background.

Also I guess you can multimeter by using multiple sims.

I don't see how it could simulate an entire universe... Like in what way? Big Bang to a big crunch? And how would we know how they could interact?

Er, open ubox
=Go open a sim
=go to the left and hit the gear icon
=scroll down
=you should see "screen options"
=click on where it says "milky way"
=good job

I think we are still many years away from computers being fast enough for that.
Not to mention the science behind that is still very theoretical.

not really, a multiverse is just many universes, theoretically? (ok..there are about 1006 theories floating out there).
So just adjust the physics, gravity, strange force, in different simulations and maybe a wormhole, that when clicked, will quickly load another simulation, it wouldn't be hard to implement, i don't think. but you can already do that right now by loading different simulations as i said before.

I guess these are the questions someone here lurking will solve if he or she works on the idea.
