Vulkan support for Universe Sandbox 2

Not sure it's very likely or possible right now, I'm pretty sure Unity uses OpenGL and not Vulkan. (And not sure of any way to switch Unity to Vulkan - even.)

Unity has actually had support for Vulkan for a while. From what I understand, we're very interested in Vulkan and we'll likely switch over sometime in the future, though it's not a high priority right at the moment.
