Alpha 19x8 Framerate drop

I have been running the Alpha updates for a few months with no problems, however after the most recent update my frame rate has dropped completly, even with the sim speed slowed down to mins/sec. I have used the debug tools to show my current frame rate and it shows over 90fps, which is not right because im seeing 10fps at best.

I dont think this is a hardware issue as ive never had frame rate issues before, only since the most recent update.

My system spec is:

Windows 7 64 bit
AMD-FX 8370 4Ghz (8 core)
16gb RAM
AMD Radeon R9 390 8gb
Hyper X Savage SSD (240gb)

I seem to have resolved the Issue. For some reason the game starts up using "Native CPU", after i change it back to "Managed CPU" the problem is fixed.
