Switching any planet with other planet instantly?

For example, if I load up Solar System. So I want to replace the sun with black hole with one sun mass. How I can do this instantly instead of messing up other planet orbit if I delete the sun then put in black hole.

Need help with replace any body with other body (sun, planet, etc) in a instant without pausing the time in the game.

I'm assuming you're talking about doing this in Universe Sandbox ².

Unfortunately there's no way to simply swap a body for another right now, except for pausing, deleting, then adding another. If you choose "Still" in the panel on the left when adding the new body, and enable the grid (View>Grid), you should be able to place it in the same position and not change the orbits too much.

But you're not the first to suggest a "swap" option. I'll make sure it's on our list for consideration.
