Natural galaxy!
« on: January 10, 2016, 04:12:55 AM »
So, while messing with Black holes. I wondered if the game could make a "Natural" (To a curtain point) I Placed stars randomly, let the game simulate the rest. It's a good test of the game's simulation. I had a few stars nova. Some get shot out of the galaxy, along with some getting put into strange orbits.

I have attached pictures. :P

If there is a way to share Save files. Please let me know :D

I've done this before, though how close to the center did you place all those stars? When I made mine it was stable....

I ment it like making a much larger galaxy with lightyears in between each star.

I´ve done this too and in my case i put the stars with five light-years of separation between them, taking into account the distance from the Sun to Proxima Centauri

Here's a natural galaxy, it's very small, the amount of stars it would take to make a galaxy the size of our Milky Way would crash the program.

Here's the simulation, Warning: Lots of Stars, May slow down PC.
