i'm going to make a doc for differences from 2016 and then a spreadsheet for how each basin will run

Severe Tropical Cyclone Anubis is the first cyclone in the season. formed on June 26th 2017 and dissipates on July 6th 2017. It peaks at 100 mph and killed 4 on Tonga

Tropical Cyclone Bramwell formed on August 1st, 2017 and dissipates on August 8th 2017. It peaked at 65 mph and affected several islands in French Polynesia, but no fatalities
