Here's the Gliese 581 System, based on how not only I think about the way the planets look, but also based on the aspects of the program.
There are 5 planets, 3 are known to exist, e, b and c, and the other 2 are unconfirmed planets, g and d.
So (Unconfirmed) is put at the end of the names of those 2 planets, since we don't know if they really exist, though new analysis suggested they they may exist after all.
