[BUG] Civilizated Planet? (Alpha 18)

Hi Guys.
Today I run Universe Sandbox² and I found Something Strange...
On the solar system I place random rocky planets and, one of these was... just look it.

Yeah, It is like they have Cities, but i think is a bug.
Oh and I record a video showing this strange planet (enable anottations)

You're absolutely right, it is a bug which has been around for a while. But some people like to think of it as a feature.  Not so bad having city lights every now and then.
