[KNOWN] joystick/other input device "spinning" issue.
« on: September 12, 2014, 04:53:02 AM »
I'm a simracer, and have some pretty exotic analog input devices - I just installed US2 and loaded it up for the first time while sitting in a simulated Formula 1 cockpit.

Maybe this is something to be expected but CST F1 load-cell brake pedal inputs cause permanent uncontrolled spinning. As far as I can tell, all my analog input devices (brake, clutch paddles, throttle, steering input) bust the universe simulator this way, so I've disconnected all of them from the actual computer.

Obviously just a version of the joystick issue I've seen on here, but just letting everyone know that it seems to extend to other forms of inputs that are left hooked up to the PC.

We're aware of this issue and working on a fix. Thank you.
Until the issue is fixed, we will disable Joystick/Controller support by default in the next update
(can be enabled in Input settings)
