Universe Sandbox 2 not launching correctly

I've tried to launch it on a new Mac, but it's not launching. All I get is a window with stars, and when I move my  mouse around, the stars move. If I try to quit, it gives me the window asking me if I want to quit, if I click yes, it does nothing. Even the command to make it quit doesn't work. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
