Coloring Rings

I desperately need help with this. I'm working on making a whole universe. (I know. This is gonna take a while.) But I can never seem to find how to color rings. I'm okay with some slightly advanced method or getting a mod, but it'll be very essential to my universe. Any answers (That help) are greatly appreciated!

There's not really any way to do that, but try messing around with the distances and count of some rings and you should be more or less fine. Also I don't think there are any mods for US1.
