It would be great if we were able to choose what folders to store the systems in. Perhaps something like a folder browser inside the program would be useful, so we can load systems from all the folders we have, or if we want to place the systems in another folder. :)

Thanks for the suggestion. There's definitely room for improvement.

This might help:
In version 2 (current only in beta) you can drag and drop systems onto the program window from any folder to launch it.
