Is US3 relativistic?

Well... I was only used US1. A thread in Kerbal Space Program Forum called me back.
So... Does US3 include any relativistic effect?

yes there is gravitational lensing in us3 which is a result of general relativity.

If you mean time travel by going at near light speeds, then no. As it has been said, there will be gravitational lensing and the physics related to black holes (hopefully things can't exceed the speed of light this time).

I don't see why everything should have to follow the laws of physics if it's a sandbox.
