I use to have the trial version, and I use too ad galaxies to make galactic collisions. :P
I then got the full version. ;D

Arata... Welcome to the forums!

I don't understand what you mean by this...
when you add a new body, you cannot add galaxies.

So you add a new body, like the Earth?
And then you can't add a galaxy?

Please explain.

Here is what I mean:

Before i bought the full version, i would select a new body, and there would ALAYS be a galaxy, even if i added a planet or another.

But now that I got the full version, it can't be selected because it is not there. :(

In the trial, yes.
In the full version, no.

You now have to make your own, and i can't do that because i don't know how.

But how did you make the galaxies in universe sandbox?

If you saved the license code you can reinstall it and it will probably work. :-\

I know what he means.

Your best bet is to REINSTALL like hbmp88 said.

It's possible something got corrupt or something.

What he means in the "New Bodies" option in the "Presets" there is no options to spawn a galaxy. (Traingulum, Milky Way, Andromeda)

If that is not what he means. Sorry.

That's really odd as the license portion of the program has nothing to do with the preset list under "New Bodies".

I'm still not sure why this happened.

Uninstalling is safe. So is deleting the folder:
c:\program files\universe sandbox\

You can always re-download the setup file if you need to and install it again.

And reinstalling or uninstalling doesn't touch the files here:
(My) Documents\Universe Sandbox\

Download?
You mean people can actually download the full version, and it's ok?
Never knew that.

Yes. You pay for the liscence. You input that in the software.

There is only one download. It is the free version, trial, and full version are all in the same file. Does that help?

Free version? I don't understand.
So you can give me the free version setup and I can then use it.

So you can give me the free version setup and I can then use it.

After the 60 minute trial runs out you can continue to use Universe Sandbox with reduced functionality for free (the free version) or you can pay to unlock all the features.

Please help me understand your problem better.
