Yay Panoply is cool for GOES data ordered from CLASS.

Second image looks more like an IR image.

Yes you can export KMLs from Panoply. The thing is you can only put in 2 arrays of data (two netCDF files)

Very unfortunately I cannot open the raw files for the imager, I think they are too large.
