Download website contains links to viruses

I was going to download this to school computers and it had a message that said:
The file you are downloading has been reported to be unsafe.  The download website contains links to viruses or other software that can harm your computer or reveal your personal information.  We recommend you cancel this file download.
Can anyone tell me about this Security Warning please?

The school computers are probably set to be hyper-protective, just ignore the warning, it contains absolutely no viruses.

Also, what anti-virus program do they use? Antivirus programs can give false positives or if the internet settings are set to high, that can happen as well.

The program shouldn't contain viruses, it's probably a false warning.
