Nothing to worry about... It's just made up.

In the Universe Sandbox beta, there's a new system called "Planet X" which shows how far away various sized X bodies could be without our being able to detect them by their gravitational effects on the other planets. Something the size of Mars could be about twice as far out as Neptune, any closer and we'd definitely know about it. Something Earth sized? We'd know about anything that size within 430 AU.
