another question: how can i use the 3D options correctly? do i need  3d glasses or something  ???
Yes, you need anaglyph glasses.

As for 3D - you can use a cross-eyed method as well.
No glasses needed, but you need to know how to observe cross-eyed 3d images - takes some practice but it works

One point to mention, if you have a big screen, and run the program in full-screen mode, you need be be well away from the screen to be able to see a nice sharp 3D image using the cross-eye mode of viewing. In windowed mode you can adjust it by making the window smaller so you can sit closer.

(I would suggest practicing it someplace on some photos first, rather than trying to view moving objects at the beginning, there are a lot of them online).

Anaglyph glasses are the red and blue (cyan) colored ones:
