Are supernovas supposed to create black holes?

I have heard about black holes and neutron stars coming from supernovas in this game, but I have never had that. Is that feature missing, broken, or is it just me?

Yeah didn't they used to have that before alpha 6-7 or something?

Yeah, that why I asked this because I saw in a video somebody had a black hole form when the sun exploded, so I thought maybe it was just me not getting them.

Idk y they removed it. Maybe some bug issues they are working on right now. Anyways it did look pretty cool when that had it. Also, black holes used to have accretion disks when put in gas clouds. That was awesome as well. I hope they put them back soon
