Unable to star US?

Last week, I had replaced my PC with a new one. I took all important files from my old one, put them on an external hard drive, and put it all onto here, the new PC. Everything works perfectly fine, except for Universe Sandbox. When I click on it, I get a message that says, "Failed to star game (missing executable)."  ???

Would anyone be able to give me advice as to what I should do?

US2 or 1?

The most I can suggest is try redownloading it, or update/download .NET

I've re-installed if on my new computer, and it works now.  :)
