Blue countries show governments that claim to be democratic and allow the existence of opposition groups - 181 (may be incorrect)

Green countries show governments that claim to be democratic but do not allow the existence of opposition groups - 7

Red countries show governments that do not claim to be democratic - 10

That's because NK's full name is "The Democratic People's Republic of North Korea"

That's because NK's full name is "The Democratic People's Republic of *North* Korea"

They don't add North to the name, same with South Korea's full name (Republic of Korea) as both countries feel that they should control the entire Korean Peninsula.
