If you include dark matter on a galaxy, the spiral arms and dark matter itself flies off.

I thought the dark matter was missing though. Also, how do you tell that the dark matter flies off?

When ever I start a simulation of random galaxies colliding, the dust first flies off, following the particles that are further away. The dark matter, are the red specs that are in the simulations, I know because when I bring the "darkmatter" particles slider down, the specs disappear and the simulation would run like the normal galaxy collision simulation.

Oh, I thought the red specks were supposed to be old stars or maybe halo stars.
