Title: Water disappearing?

Please help, whenever I put water on certain bodies like the moon, it just magically disappears. Why is this? Am I doing something wrong?

If you have a star inbound, it vapourises the water on the moon. So kill the star, move it as close as you can without the water vapourising (behind the ice line) or make a new sim and place the small objects with water on.
