18:00 UTC is too early

I might be on a field trip that was supposed to be last weekend but got cancelled. That should end by about 19:00 UTC, plus biking time, but I'm not sure. I won't know whether/when I have to go until Wednesday.

I need to go around 19:30 UTC on Sunday because I have to get up early on Monday, I can stay up a bit longer, but not for hours. How about starting at 17:30 UTC?

I don't see how May, August, December would make it easier to gather everyone? And not really the need for changing the months. There'll probably always be trouble gathering everyone when there are many people in different time zones. In the summer, some go on vacations or trips etc. I think it's fine the way it is now, that also fits with Videovision events shifted by 2 months, we just need time in advance to discuss when to do Synchtubes. And if Sunday 17:30 works I don't see any problem.

Winter time saved my seb now I'm in UTC+1 so if I'm the only reason to start 17:30 I can wait a bit if people are missing. But I'd prefer not to wait too long, the event usually takes a bit longer than planned and then we can also regular Synchtube with 1 more people afterwards.

what if fiah was in some other relativistic reference frame hosting univision, therefore making it very short to him but long to you. and since fiah's hosting we must use fiah's inertial reference frame hence this univision might not actually be the longest one
