equirectangular (other projections might be negotiable under certain conditions)
1 degree graticule
whole earth
large enough quality to merit the 1 degree graticule and to print for putting on a wall
i simply need coastline and graticule lines
I would actually prefer it to have LESS THINGS that clutter it (but more doesn't matter too much)
that's it
no one has anything
and no map making program can do this as far as i can figure out
maybe i'm just stupid someone help me

bam
half-done

that looks like crap
i'd prefer a non-real image
that's a waste of ink for one and it's bad quality,
lines are too thick and aliased
-
what's a fake image

So you are asking if someone can find an image for you?
-
no
I've searched and tried programs
I need someone who can do something I cannot
which means I'm asking if anyone knows of anything ALREADY, THEY HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE (without searching themselves) or can point me in the direction of a program or something
I'm not asking them to go on google and post links 'hey maybe this will work?'
like no, i went on google
-
I'll probably not be a help then...
-
you can draw in the graticules with PIL right
-
well that's probably what i'm going to do...
make that map plotting program...
-
well then use this map as the one to add graticules to http://visibleearth.nasa.gov/view.php?id=74518 (http://visibleearth.nasa.gov/view.php?id=74518)
-
i don't want complex colors
-
use this then: http://visibleearth.nasa.gov/view.php?id=73963 (http://visibleearth.nasa.gov/view.php?id=73963)
image editor to select black, invert selection, replace oceans with whatever uniform uncomplex color
or python to turn anycolor not 0,0,0 to whatever
by the way, if you want high resolution, the bin offers 240 pixels per degree. you could probably use 1/10th of a degree for graticules if you wanted
