Yes that would be great.

Or just extend the time before sleep mode turns on by a few hours.  Still though, he did tell me that he is going on vacation this weekend, how long though he didn't say.

Also, as far as the miner goes, if anybody wants it, it's in the 'generator room' through the back of the lab. I read up a little on it and apparently you're supposed to use the scanner to find spots that have a high ore density. I did some scanning around rock town and there aren't many high density spots. There is one about 30 ore density in the old electronics room and there is a 50+ spot in the square pit that is bongs house in progress. I guess bong can claim that one if he wants to as its technically on his property. 

BTW, we need a new pump to go with the miner, I have the machine block from the one that got exploded, so if someone makes it before I do, I can give that person the machine block.

It would also be nice if we could upgrade the ore density scanner into an ore value scanner, however, the schematic for it is a bit on the expensive side and it's even more of a power hog.

My lab, obviously, and there is a passageway into the hillside that is visible when you walk through the door of the lab.

It's more like a generator chamber since there is room for more expansions in the future. There is also a cave entrance in there. I did partially block the entrance down so that mobs would stop wandering up the cave and annoying me, although that was after the creeper exploded the pump.

Unless I left the scanner in my inventory, it should be in the miner. The spot is in the pit, I doubt you dug all the way to bedrock. It's not color coded and goes by numbe values. The way it works is that it scans in a square of 5 blocks from the block you're standing on (or maybe the block you select? I'm not completely clear on this) and spits out a number value. For more details, you should read the wiki page.

Well yes, it's on the bottom floor of the pit that you claimed as your house. I was just looking in various areas in and near town and looked down there out of curiosity.

It doesn't show 5 blocks of anything, you'll get a clearer explanation in the wiki page and it'll probably help if I showed you what I mean ingame. Of course though, I don't remember ATM if I left it in the miner or it is in the inventory.

Basically, what I'm trying to say is that in order to get a good return on ore, you should prospect with the scanner and find as high an ore density as you can. I found a spot with 50+density close to where I initially started doing the mining in the chamber and got LOTS of coal. Just what is down there is kind of a crapshoot so to speak and the upgraded version of the scanner actually tells you whats under your feet. Which is why I think it would be worth it to upgrade that scanner.

Atomic the server needs to update to IC² v1.97
I tried to connect but I got an error saying that I needed v1.95.

There are several bug fixes for the sound issues with SMP, the lag and other issues related to sound should e gone now.

So, yes atomic, could you please update it ASAP? It will help with the lag issues and sound getting stuck in the client.

Edit: Looks like he did update, so, get the update everybody. Also, Bong, I hope you don't mind the 2x2 escape stairway that I made to get out of that lava area. I don't know whether that cobblestone blocking the top of the elevator was intentional or not, but I had to remove it to get out, I'll replace it though.
