actually i don't want to blow up my city

but i'l blow you up for free :)
water torches takes a long time and lots of coal inaddition to looking ugly. you'll end up with a huge cobblebrick which the water was used to cover up. think 80k torches, 20k coal, too much. that is a nonsolution.

the wall has to be:
-mob proof
-mob spawning proof
-no holes
-i don't care how it looks but bla might?

that is a lot of glowstone to light it all up. and 50k blocks if you're going to cover it with a material...we have enough cobble to do so...but the whole thing is alredy cobble >.>

The rail tunnel to Revolt City is entirely finished except for some booster rails now.
We need 67 powered rails to finish it, which equals to 67 gold, or 7 gold blocks and 4 gold ingots.
I might take it from Spawntown Town Center.

I also made some changes to these stations:
Desertopia
Lotservania
Ampluterra Outpost
Spawntown Public Storage
Spawntown Central Station
Epicland Hillhouse
Pine Hill
Bridgetown
Coasterland
Revolt City

They all have at least:
- 10 meters long, 4 meters wide areas for passengers on both sides of the rails.
- A ladder (or stairs) to the ground.
- Signs on the central pillars showing the region and station name from each direction.

This will probably be some official minimum requirements for stations, and I will try to spread it to the rest of the stations as well.

We have so many socialist states with the same economy. Let us form the Union of Blacraft Socialist Regions! :)
Read this declaration and tell me what you think. What I think is that our current states are in practice the BSS-Yukidar Treaty and then Nuetarky. I think our different state names are pointless, and that we should unite and embrace the differencies through the regions instead - they can still have their own flags, symbols and anthems. :)
We also have the rails following the Blacraft Blaist State's law. It would make much more sense to extend this law to a union including all of the regions. :)
The declaration also contains an update to our economy.

Also, I voted to change Blacraft's name to Kolcraft.

And, to the infrastructure section of the law of the Blacraft Blaist State, I added rules for stations (not all stations follow the rules currently, but don't panic, they will be fixed over time and nobody is going to be punished). In short, see image (it doesn't have to have both ladder and stairs, one of them on just one side is enough).

Regions can have their own symbols, anthems and flags. And I defined it as socialist instead of Blaist.

Yes, as long as they're not built on layer 49-51 or 40... Or if they are, that you're ready to change them if they interfere with our interregional rail plans.

But when you travel hundreds or thousands of meters, the ladders become somewhat trivial. And the rails don't become ugly straight lines on the surface. :P

I don't really understand this question. What is a "government type"? There are no nations on Blacraft, but there are regions and municipalities. Regions contain municipalities, and regions can be organized in larger states. Like Desertopia is a part of the Blacraft Blaist State, currently.

Yes, you can make states containing one region managed by one person. That is allowed. I just prefer states to be big organizations of multiple people which want to cooperate, that was my idea for them, or at least to seperate people based on how they want to play. For example, Yukidar, Spheron, Blaist State, Oaks Pass are all socialist states, and all have the same economy. So it would make most sense to me to have one state for them here.
I completely understand that people might want something unique for their areas, like flags or symbols or anthems. That's ok, I'm just trying to bring it down to region level so we don't have the states being pretty much the regions being copypasted onto themself, or consisting of a few regions which have many things in common with other regions in the game. :)

You're not independent currently. You are a part of the BBS-Yukidar Economic Treaty and rails inside Revolutea follow regulations from the BBS §2 Infrastructure law.
...I was expecting you to say something like that, that's why I tried to make it clear that you can have regional symbols, flags and so on. Revolutea can keep an Aeridanian culture and building style, and at the same time be a part of a big socialist economy. Isn't that ok? :)

That's exactly the mix I'm trying to make. I'm defining the state as our economy and transport (and other things we might want to have in commun) and our culture/whatever else as whatever the regions want them to.

Also, imo we should rename municipalities to communes, in order to reduce our healthcare expenses to fixing people who could not eat because of their tongues twisting when trying to pronounce it.
