anyway instead of paying attention in my early morning advanced stats class, i've been doin some ruminatin for battleground 2.0
1. blacraft air battles.
to make this even remotely possible, we will put everyone inside a small enclosure, fly around, and try to kill each other.
another version : normal battleground but one person each each team gets to wear an elytra and can't respawn once killed
2. blacraft -- fps edition
no armor, no melee, op enchanted bows to get one shot one kill. like counterstrike but better
to make this more exciting, this will take place in a high school setting (which someone will have to build)
to make this even more exciting, and to prevent people from grouping up, each person gets to use up to 2 tnt and damage splash potions.
3. end dragon - imitations style
one person in elytra + whatever gear vs everyone else in standard battleground gear
one rule -- person in elytra isn't allowed to land
4. world war 1
no armor. teams on parallel trenches 100 m apart. unlimited tnt (sponsored by me), arrows, and redstone. running across no-man's land is discouraged by heavy use of landmines and whatever the opposing team has aimed at you
no enderpearls or elytra. horses allowed, just because i want to see how badly it'll work
yes you can hide yourself behind a redstone contraption advancing on the opposite trench, because tanks!
5. world war 3
no limitations, except no damage can be done with tools. tnt, lava, etc are free game.
