the number '15' is the cost
where i say '5t', That is 5 turns worth of the structure's highest production. For example, if you upgrade the city to level 4 and get 'x' resources per turn, i expect to receive 'x' resources every turn for 5 turns. If you upgrade the city again, i shall recieve the difference. (If income was initially 5 and i was paid 25 resources, then upgrade and income is now 10, you owe me another 25 resources).

All prices are negotiable but not the zones that i'm selling. Those are mostly decided for now.

... I'm done. I just... I can't take it anymore. I love the game, it's a great game. I hate what it does though. I don't want to unfairly win, but I honestly don't want to fairly lose either. It's my personality. And I very much hate it sometimes. I just wish I wouldn't do this to myself. I really want to play, but it causes so many conflicts with myself. I was fine with losing, I was just mad because my computer was being stupid, it overflowed a bit, it would have gone away. I don't know ~~if you guys interpreted that so as to be like "heh, he needs some help, let's make the game more 'fair'" or not, but I didn't like your decision to do this.~~ Because now, if I happened to have won, it would have been unfairly in my eyes. I also want to continue playing, but another trait of my personality is that what's done is done, and you've already made the decision to try to join me. No matter how much I want to forget that and just go back and fairly lose, I just can't. It's stupid. That concludes my participation in this game... and fuck I still want to play. See. I hate myself sometimes. Great.

I'll now go finish the calculator. I don't know why.

I guess this means my nation is up for grabs, and Darv can have his nation back if he wants it.

Naru overspent by 14. Can you undo some things? If you undo building the level 1 city and give Mudkipz back one of the zones you conquered from him, your turn will be ok.

Also, because Mudkipz overspent, I undid the military base he built, so here's a fix'd map.

I will make overspending by up to 20% of your income allowed, but make it reduce your next income by twice the amount you overspent by. Hopefully that'll teach you to do your turns properly.

It's mostly to prevent this from happening every time at the end of a round. I'll upload an updated manual soon.

Can you wait until next turn and redo so you don't overspend this turn please? Otherwise a lot of us will have to redo our turns as well.
