Suggestion: Planet Life

hello, I'm now to this forum and i love the first  universe sandbox but i got a suggestion, planet life,
life can evolve from a planets temperature and environment, seeing life forms live and die as i change temperature and environment of a planet such as mars would be so cool, even if its just a life counter also seeing the effects of global warming on earth and other planets would be awesome as well

Yea that's a pretty common suggestion. I personally think that it'd be hard to implement such feature because we don't know for sure how life begins and if life always happens at certain conditions. There can be a planet identical to ours that has no life.... who knows?

Or we could make it simple for now and make every planet with adequate atmosphere, heat, and water have life gradually appear.
