Prefferably, you'd need a race and have a language for them. Read the rules and the how to do it, and stuff. You can have them like Bla, in the civilization stage, I have mine in the middle space stage. Darvince, I really don't know. Naru has later space stage, and so does deoxy.

I'm just wondering why I'm the only race that is probing the local stars. Naru is searching for life and planets though, so Keiyu and Raia have a good science-foundation in their "philosophy".

The civilizations know most of the stars in the galaxy, just that they hadn't check for planets yet.

And I just found out Cirno was just bring treatment. Atleast we used the TS.  So Cirno, Furan, and Flandre are coming on Ixra's c planet too.
