You mean when we beat you... As long as you still have zones, your nations can decide what they want to individually. You can look at the surrender options in the rules. You could surrender to one person in the alliance, so your nation will join it. But then you can't join this game later, only by revolution against the one you merged into.

And sorry Darvince, but you overspent by 3 resources. You can spend 5 + 12 + 0 + 21 / 5 = 21,2 = 21 resources.

No, three people equals three nations.

If you wish to end the game that way, it'd be a diplomatic victory. You will gain victory points based on the size of your nations, and only half of the available points. So it's a shared victory if you end it that way. The diplomatic victory isn't meant to be attractive if you can win in other ways, it's meant mostly for if everyone really can't attack anyone without risking too much.
