Turn order is arbitrary. Inactivity period is 2 days.
Everyone starts off with 0.1 units and 0 developement
At the beginning of each round (not turn), they have x = E+G resources, where E is the number of units and G is the development.
Each round, you can spend your resources on three things
1. expanding
2. developing
3. attacking
spending 1 resource expanding will grant you 1/6 units
spending 1 resource developing will grant you 1/4 development
spending 1 resource attacking player Z will grant you 1/12 units from player Z and the fraction of their development proportional to the units taken.
That is, if you take 10% of a player's units by attacking, you also recieve 10% of their development.
A turn is invalid if at the conclusion of that turn:
The sum of all units is greater than 1
One's development is more than triple their units
Resources cannot be saved
Calculations done with > 4 decimal precision
Whoever has 1 unit first wins
