Ṥioni, Bárstekses and Akaji are all part of the Aiyoti Union Empire, meaning that they are citizens of all the countries making up the Empire. (i.e. someone born in Akaji can live in Vikasa, and someone born in Akarine can live in Bárstetkses)
The Aiyoti Union Empire has a complex parliamentary system - simplified below
Ako & Akoi >* Aiyoti Parliament > Akaśik
*in many cases, the Aiyoti Parliament has veto power
Ako and Akoi
The Ako and Akoi are the direct paternal and maternal descendants of the dynasty of the time, respectively.
(under the Seru-Vena system). They have veto power over a referendum if the majority is <60%, or difference between lowest and highest percentage is <12%.
The current Ako is Ladaśa II
The current Akoi is Aǵitsi
They reside in the royal capital, Dasi.
Aiyoti Parliament
This is the parliament that decides main laws, regulations, and federal restrictions for the Aiyoti Union Empire. It also allocates the national budget.
It is in Akanaji, Vikasa.
Akaśik
In Aiyota there are currently five Akaśik, two on the mainland and three overseas.
On the mainland, Vikasa in the north and Saghi-Sakta in the South, as well as Autonomous Special Province Yoka Tsi
These are the lower parliamentary levels that decide the laws of the local region, according to the people.
For example, if in Saghi-Sakta 80% of people voted to legalize Likafa and in Vikasa only 19% of people voted to legalize it, the Aiyoti parliament would not legalize it. However, the Saghi-Sakta parliament could choose to legalize it - within its borders.
The Akaśik are decided through cultural and voting prefences across the 60 Aiyoti Kehú, with mainland citizens having three options (Saghi-Sakta, Vikasa, Other) and Islanders having three (Saghi-Sakta, Vikasa and [Island])
