sending system problems

when i send a system it sais  something about a invalid HEMO name. and then sais the mail box is not open. help?

I just tested this and didn't have any problems sending a system.

Do you have some kind of firewall or other program running that might interfere with web connectivity of running applications?

Can you send feedback without sending a system?

How big is the system file you're trying to send?
