also there should be a 'debate' board or wall on each floor of the voting center for people to convince other people to vote on either side. should be on the same floor of poll for maximum convenience and efficiency.

I can, however, maybe consider another region name? Creeper Town would fit better with a municipality (red borders) around the town you build in the area rather than an entire region imo. The region could maybe be "Creeper Forest" or something like that if you want.

I was talking about if: Person A is at spawn, and person B is 10kilometers alway, and both want to vote yes. Are you saying that Person A cannot vote for Person B, and Person B has to travel all 10k distance back?

Yes, person B has 3+ days to travel, shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Btw, you can't go further than sqrt(3^2+3^2) km away from spawn currently.

Bla this is the general blan of my region. You can just call it Darvwnse-a if you find the official name too long. Also if you find Ikxlaxwv wv Swmpkex too large of a municipality you can use the smaller ones too. I meant for Swmpkex and Ikxlaxwv to be the alternates, and the Ikxlaxwv wv Swmpkex is if you decide that it is small enough for a municipality/province.

Well, the dash is used as a glottal stop, and I'm pretty sure you don't allow the glottal stop symbol either. (') And just add an uh after each w that's used as a vowel. Although that would make the words very ugly...
