top soil? the ground outside is hardly 5 meters deep worth of top soil. i use compacted dirt.

but there are millions of people, (mostly in poorer 3rd world countries like bangledesh, some parts of india, maybe africa, who live in dirt houses/huts.

also minecraft =/= rl
blacraft even more =/= to rl

and no, that depends, i often find soil reaching down 6 or 7 meters.

topsoil is called top for a reason. It's probably just as impossible if not more to have millions of tons of topsoil than it is to have flowers growing out of lava or a floating 100 ton piece of rock. Let's just leave it at: Blacraft =/= Real Life.

also it's more like decameters, the ground only extends down 70 or so blocks
