Edit: NeutronStar, what did you want to call your Solea-Auspikination?
I just recommend something which is as short as possible, and something which is independent of those two names, just considering if you would make more regions in the future.

I changed every other region being independent to all regions by default being a part of the Blacraft Blaist State. Then other nations can declare independence if they want. But! After declaring independence, you may no longer use the public storage. You will have to trade with the Blacraft Blaist State.
However, it may still help with roads, rails and other public stuff, for free, probably. Maybe.

Anyway, the nation really will be Solea and Rift Auspikitan even finding new lands... Just different province names.

I have the borders for the provinces of what was once Solea, Niit Inhesak (the northern section of the forest), Siit Inhesak (southern forests), Ulkanaekav Xartap (lavafall and lakes and desert area), and an unnamed region on the west where the plains without trees are located.

I hope you won't ever change the state name, I hate having to rename the wiki pages...
And I'm not so happy with my page structure anymore after adding the states, because regions can change ownership, and changing ALL THOSE LINKS TAKES SO LONG TIME I GET CRAZY AAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

I must figure out an alternative.
Change back to have regions below Blacraft and the same for states. Yes, that's the only option. I'll do it tomorrow, maybe.

Maybe put a green border around the separate people's countries, the yellow can continue to be regions, and the red will still be municipalities/provinces/cities/counties/whatever-you-want-to-call-them
