Edit pop-up toolbox [BUG]

Hi,

i accidentally closed Edit pop-up toolbox with X and can't get it back anymore. I have re-installed program 2 times and reset from the program menu, but nothing changes.
Any ideas how to bring it back?

Hi mkapoewe, everything looks normal in your screenshot. When you turn on Edit mode, you'll see the 3 toggles for edit widgets next to the selected object. There are no additional popups.
