Actually, I found out how is pronounced. It's an "eh" sound, but tongue higher, and mouth rounded.

Just pronounced "s".
Or held longer like in Fuss or hiss if you want to be specific.  ;)

Japanese f sound = Greek θ sound
Japanese u sound = Sound in foot, but more rounded, and sometimes silent.

No, that's incorrect. It's pronounced like "eh".

Hmm, well it depends how you hear it methinks. I heard Hatsune being pronounced as Hatsunay, but of course it's similar to Hatsuneh, just dragged a bit.

It depends if you want to pronounce it differently, i.e. Sasuke is pronounced Sasukay or Sasukeh.
