Actually, I found out how Ø is pronounced. It's an "eh" sound, but tongue higher, and mouth rounded.

Japanese f sound = Greek θ sound
Japanese u sound = Sound in foot, but more rounded, and sometimes silent.

Speaking of japanese, isn't e in most cases pronounced like ay like é?

No, that's incorrect. It's pronounced like "eh".

Matty406, Naru523 is not Japanese. Don't listen to him.

Hmm, well it depends how you hear it methinks. I heard Hatsune being pronounced as Hatsunay, but of course it's similar to Hatsuneh, just dragged a bit.

It depends if you want to pronounce it differently, i.e. Sasuke is pronounced Sasukay or Sasukeh.
