Did you know that if you get a planet hot enough to the point where it turns into an unstable gas ball and then pause and put a star labeled "PSR" inside of said planet that you can create a pulsar? I'm not sure about quasars, though.

That's because the PSR objects are neutron stars, so you just need to give them a magnetic field (Which US2 might think colliding a planet with a neutron star can do, for some reason)
