If You set a pulse from the surface of a black hole, shouldn't it just stay there? ???

Right now, the pulse flies out and then in again, but it was already outside the horizon. (tested on Sagittarius A)

might be simulating hawking radiation? idk
but realistically a light pulse from a black hole is probably coming from the very edge of the EH so that it can escape

Or the light pulse has no physics with them, and are used to see how long it would take for the light to get to another body...
