hey i bought universe sandbox2 and it gave a receipt but there is no link no download or anything what do i do now? :(

Sorry for the trouble.

Can you please email Sales? Include the email address you used to purchase it and the transaction ID from your payment confirmation email (should start with an X). Our Sales email address is listed here: http://universesandbox.com/contact/
