The new Roche limit feature will be in a future update, hopefully not too far in the future. This is what's seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTduLQh_Hc0

There may be a toggle in the current version for an older Roche feature which doesn't work... This shouldn't be in the options.
