Ok.

Everyone can come with suggestions for game 6 now, like rule changes.

I think I'll remove labs. They're unbalanced and too confusing when calculating - their info takes a lot of space in the scorboard as well.
Maybe make max level for cities level 4 and balance the other bonuses for four levels as well. To decrease the numbers in general.
Make infrastructure's levels depend more on tech rather than resources so the nations will spend more on tech.

I think we should only have the defense and extractor, get rid of the artillery maybe?

Yes, maybe that's a good idea, the artillery is also a bit of a logistical nightmare, and the one who strikes first usually gets a very big advantage.

Then again, this is realistic and could help us to avoid wars in the late game, making diplomatic victories more likely.
But then again, it's a war game, so we should have as much war as possible. :P

military base should make attacking adjacent areas easier.
Decrease cost of attacking adjacent territories?

Also, I will implement at least some of the old turn system, because it was more balanced, even though it was slower. The turn order will definitely be fixed.

And I guess there could be some impassable terrain, like mountains, on the map as well.

Why? There is still going to be technology. You'll just have to balance your tech rate properly and plan ahead in order to be able to unlock cities and still have enough resources for building them, vs. having plenty of excess resources for building them but not unlocking them.
I think it's good if the game is made simpler than it is now. I don't like complex rules like having to have a certain amount of something in order to be able to make something else. And I also think smaller nations should be able to build the big cities as well.

But a good suggestion.

Updated Blacalc and prepared the scoreboard. There's a tech requirements rable in the Blacalc now as well.

And made a prototype for the new map, what do people think of this? People wanted more islands?
