If Naru523 accepts it, it's okay, but otherwise, no. You'll have to revolt against Matty406 otherwise. Just wait until he has spent his 1800 resources, then you should get a lot of zones, maybe.

I don't really accept; the reason is that it gives you an advantage. So let's say you surrendered because you were going to get conquered or whatsoever. You then made a revolution to the one who was going to conquer you, giving you an advantage. I think this is rather unfair since the outcome will result in probably an argument, a rage quit, or something pretty worse you can think.

Btw: Being defeated also makes it possible to revolt, so surrendering and being defeated doesn't make that much of a difference.
