Let us start from round 17. I have taken the tech, resources and overspent data from Atomic's sheet, and calculated the zones, production and trade for all nations. Darvince's and Atomic's productions were significantly lower than what the map says, while Naru's and Bong's were very accurate, Idk what caused it, but I suggest that we continue from here.

Atomic can spend 409 resources.

Atomic's scoreboard was updated for round 17 and I got the impression that that turn got messed up, so redo.

Interesting suggestions, I would probably try developing something like that one day if I felt like I had time to develop stuff, as a forum game, I don't think I will be running more than this one.
