Naru523 can spend 213 resources. And yes the filename should be G6R17T3 and the next G6R17T4. The other round 17 is not considered a part of the game.

Watching the previous videos perked up my interest for this game so I'll see what I can do today. atm I've forgotten all the mechanics of the game so it may take awhile.

Sorry about the delay. Naru's turn is invalid, because he built a level 5 city, which requires 128 technology to build, but he currently has 71 technology. Please redo turn, you can still spend 213 resources.

Sorry, I counted it as you having spent 316, see attached calculator file.

Round 19 has started. Darvince developed a zone the same turn as he claimed it, which isn't possible, so I removed his level 1 city on that zone, so use the map below. I also counted it as Darvince having overspent by 5.
