I think it's been said the tectonic plates are farther down the list of things to implement on the "Devs to do list" I dunno where exactly they said so but yeah it's good that people keep asking such. I recall the on of the 8 Lord's of the Universe saying , that multiple discussion thread's about the same topic is good because GA knows what next to put on there list or something like that...I personally would love to have this in game too maybe to ease the strain on the computer maybe turn make a observation/editor more with the camera centered on "insert terrestrial planet here" and watch the plates move? And have highlights to indicate each plate or biome....eh just me rambling
